The house is situated on the edge of ‘Golf Valley’  and you are spoilt for choice with amazing golf courses, with two literally at the bottom of the hill – El Paraiso and Atalaya (2-3mins). Additionally there is Benahavis (5 mins), the famous Marbella Club (5-7 mins) and Los Flamingos (Alberini) (10 mins).

Situated on a hill surrounded by large palm trees with beautiful sea views there is a very relaxed peaceful and tropical atmosphere yet you can be down on the coast in several minutes enjoying the beaches and nightlife or shopping and dining in Puerto Banus which is only about ten minutes by car or taxi.

Alternatively if you enjoy very good food when you leave through the electric gate take the other direction inland and thanks to a new shortcut you can pass under a bridge and find yourself on the final 5 minute stretch of the road that winds up to Benahavis the picturesque pueblo (mountain village), said to be the culinary capital of Andalusia with its fine range of restaurants and friendly street eating atmosphere.

In the house a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch fridge and washing machine is adjoined by a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a separate family bathroom.
However a major feature of this property are the 3 outside spaces – downstairs through the large glass sliding doors is a terrace great for eating outside leading on to a private enclosed garden (which has a gate that leads down a path to the very large and tropical themed communal swimming pool.
Outside the master bedroom on the first floor again sliding glass doors open up to a very tranquil first floor terrace which again is suitable for eating or pre dinner drinks (or just reading a book in the afternoon). Upstairs there is a further large terrace. This one has panoramic views right down to the coast with lovely sea views which extend to the mountains of Africa on a clear day. This again is a great place to eat or drink and enjoy the sun setting behind the hill on the other side of the valley
