Modern spacious 3 bed 2 bath (1 ensuite) apartment with large (over 200m2) private west facing sunny terrace and garden.  Centrally located in the area of the Costa del Sol known as the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona.

Comprising:

Kitchen – modern kitchen with Siemens induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, leading to separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge as well as access to the rear terrace for al fresco breakfast in the morning sunshine!

The lounge diner includes a sofa and chair, 6 seater dining table, TV, DVD player and portable bluetooth speaker.

The master bedroom has a Super-king bed, ensuite bathroom (WC, double handbasin and large walk-in shower) and direct access to the terrace.

The second bedroom has a King-size bed and also has direct access to the terrace.

The third bedroom has twin beds.

All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobe space and drawers.

There is also a house bathroom with WC, handbasin and large walk-in shower.

The large partially covered outdoor terrace and garden is west facing and gets the sun until late evening and is fully enclosed and child friendly.  There is a comfortable seating area, dining table, sun loungers and parasols.  Direct access to the spacious pool area is through the garden gate.

The pool area has a large main pool and separate childrens pool and two jacuzzis.  Both pools are also gated and so child friendly. Outdoor communal Swimming pool times vary throughout the Season. Parasols and loungers are provided.  There is also a golf putting green within the development and an outdoor gym right outside.

All rooms benefit from air conditioning and underfloor heating.  The windows and doors to the terrace have electric security shutters.  The apartment is alarmed and has high-speed wifi throughout.

Whilst the apartment is ideally situated if you want to explore the Costa del Sol by car, there are plenty of amenities, including a taxi rank and a bus stop, within walking distance so a car is not essential.   The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the village of Cancelada with its numerous bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl, as well as a pharmacy and bank.  The nearest beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Dedicated underground secure car parking space (with lift access to the apartment). Also  lots of off street parking right outside the apartment.

The bright lights, marina and fantastic beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15-20 minutes by car heading back towards Malaga and Estepona, with 2.4km of beach, is a similar distance in the opposite direction towards Gibraltar.  Malaga airport is just 70km away, and Gibraltar airport is only 60km.
