Located in a secure development of 20 exclusive high end villas with entrance operated by remote controlled gates. There is an attached parking space at the front of the villa. The villa is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. Ample terraces for sunbathing and a good sized private optionally heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and 2 twins. The master bedroom upstairs features a private sitting room and en-suite bathroom as well as a private terrace. There is plenty of terrace and pool side lounging furniture. Full hot and cold air-conditioning and the villa also features underfloor heating. The sauna has a picture window giving panoramic sea views with separate showers.
